Rice and Noodle Robson is seeking F/T Chefs

- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $55,000~$60,000/year (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

- Prepare and cook complete meals listed on the menu
- Oversee and guide kitchen staff in food preparation to maintain consistency and ensure adherence to recipes
- Ensure food meets quality standards
- Order and requisition food, ingredients, and kitchen supplies
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Estimate the quantities and costs of food and supplies
- Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Track and maintain records of food costs, usage, sales, and inventory
- May be involved in the hiring process of kitchen staff

Job requirements:

- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
