As a Study Lead, you will drive critical project studies that shape the future of Rio Tinto’s portfolio. Engage multidisciplinary teams, manage complex project logistics, and execute investment-ready strategies. Collaboration with First Nations communities will be key to developing respectful, long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of major studies
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently
• Foster teamwork and accountability across disciplines
• Develop partnership solutions with Indigenous communities
• Assess project risks and propose mitigation strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Significant experience with major projects
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in French and English
