Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid/remote Sales Manager role. The Sales Manager will meet and exceed revenue and growth targets, while ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics and building a network of high value prospects.
The Sales Manager will collaborate with senior leadership on sales forecasting, reporting, and process improvements to support sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
- Posesses a Life Insurance Lisence and has proven experience in selling Group Benefits insurance.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and customer relationship management.
- Comfort working in a remote or on-site environments engaging regularly in face-to-face client interactions.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements in Canada is required
