Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate international engineering resources to drive product development
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept through post-launch support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams to align goals and timelines
- Develop product specifications and ensure compliance with safety and code requirements
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and technologies
- Implement efficiency improvements to speed innovation and product delivery

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 10+ years in Power Electronics engineering, with hands-on product development experience in an IoT environment
- Expertise in circuit design, LED drivers, power supply systems, embedded systems, and IoT integration
- Proficiency with engineering software (PADS, Altium, AutoCAD, SolidWorks,



Circuit Simulation)
- Experience coordinating across international teams (a plus) and willingness to travel domestically/internationally
