The successful candidate will have significant experience advising on complex corporate and commercial transactions in the energy sector, including acquisitions, project development, joint ventures, and infrastructure matters. Solid negotiation and client management skills are required.

Provide guidance on sophisticated corporate and commercial transactions in the energy sector, including structuring and negotiating acquisitions, project development agreements, joint ventures, and infrastructure matters. Manage client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions.

Qualifications

Experience advising on complex corporate and commercial transactions in the energy sector. Demonstrated ability in negotiations and client management. Ability to work within a national platform and collaborate across teams.
