In this position, you will focus on Amazon Connect solutions, crafting contact flows, and engaging with Dynamo DB and API Gateway. You will be instrumental in establishing call routing and ensuring effective communication strategies utilizing various AWS services. Candidates should have profound programming expertise in Python, Node.js, or Java and experience with development tools like Eclipse IDE.

Requirements:
