We are currently looking for an experienced Azure Local VDI / Azure Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure projects in Edmonton, Alberta .

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
- Configure Azure Virtual Machines, networking, storage, and load balancing
- Integrate Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Manage FSLogix profiles and Azure Files/Azure NetApp Files
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot AVD connectivity issues
- Configure security policies,



Microsoft Defender, and Conditional Access
- Perform Windows image management and Azure updates
- Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and create technical documentation

Required Skills

- 3+ years of Microsoft Azure experience
- Windows Server 2019/2022
- FSLogix
- PowerShell scripting
- Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Manager
- Hyper-V or VMware (preferred)
- Microsoft 365 administration is a plus
