Bombardier is seeking a skilled HR IT Value Stream Solution Architect to own end-to-end HR technology delivery and operations. You will lead solution architecture across HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Time & Attendance, ensuring stability, compliance, and continuous evolution in response to business needs.
The role requires 7 to 12 years of HR IT experience, proven Architecture leadership on large HR initiatives, and experience in multi-vendor delivery models.
