Position Overview
Managing Supervisor position, overseeing the daily operations of the Lodge.

Responsibilities
- Oversight of the daily operations of the Lodge
- Managing check-ins and check-outs at the Lodge and being on call for customer service
- Coordinate, assign, and review the work of the Lodge’s employees
- Establish work schedules and daily procedures
- Resolve work-related problems and ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and policies
- Order supplies and materials
- Ensure proper operation of reservation systems and equipment
- Arrange for maintenance and major repair work
- Perform the same duties as workers supervised
Employment Conditions
- Permanent full-time; 40 hours per week

- Start date: as soon as possible
- Employment conditions: morning, day, evening, weekend – hours vary by operational needs and occupancy schedule; weekend and evening availability required
- Ability to supervise: 1-2 people
