Coaches the team on Agile principles. Sets up agile delivery model. Establishes the necessary templates, workflows and cadences. Hands over to the team and the scrum master.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Protected, etc.).
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and Agile maturity assessments.
- Identify organizational impediments to Agile adoption and work collaboratively to resolve them.
- Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement Agile best practices and standards.
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in a senior Agile role.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling models (SAFe preferred)
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Agile certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional).
- Experience in organizational change and transformation.

CA$130.00/yr - CA$140.00/yr
