The Lead Full Stack Java Developer is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective is to lead application systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities

- Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements.
- Resolve high‑impact problems and projects through in‑depth evaluation of complex business and system processes.
- Provide expertise in application programming and ensure design adheres to the architecture blueprint.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas such as architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve goals.
- Provide in‑depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Serve as advisor or coach to mid‑level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
- Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policy.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of software development experience specializing in Java, JavaScript frameworks (React, Spring Boot), and Oracle.
- In‑depth knowledge of modern application architecture principles, data structures, and object‑oriented programming using Java.
- Practical experience with AI tools for enhancing development workflows.




- Proficiency in micro‑services frameworks, event‑driven services, and cloud‑native development.
- Experience with service‑oriented and microservices architectures, REST and GraphQL implementations.
- Full‑stack proficiency: design, develop, and maintain front‑end and back‑end components.
- Front‑end development expertise using React, HTML5, and CSS.
- Back‑end development experience with Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Database expertise with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle RDBMS.
- API development: high‑performance RESTful APIs.
- CI/CD and DevOps skills with Maven, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, OpenShift; AWS experience is a plus.
- Agile methodology experience and JIRA usage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
