MDA is seeking a proactive Senior Electrical Systems Engineer for next-generation remote sensing and communications satellites. You will work closely with platform and payload teams to ensure electrical integrity from initial requirements to launch-ready spacecraft. Key skills include electrical subsystem design, wiring-list generation, and database management for comprehensive TM/TC budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather power distribution and harness requirements
• Review and design DC power distribution architecture




• Create high-speed and RF harness designs
• Generate complete wiring lists for flight models
• Lead integration sessions and tests for electrical subsystems
Requirements:
• M.Sc. preferred and 10+ years in harness design
• Solid knowledge of spacecraft EMC requirements
• Proficiency in DC harness design and RF systems
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA
• Excellent communication skills in English
