The team is responsible for bank account reconciliation, internal money movement, tax remittance, and managing the net cash process for Fidelity fund money movement between Fidelity and the custodian. Outcomes are achieved through partnering with teams across Fidelity and third‑party stakeholders.How You’ll Make An ImpactThe Team Manager, Cash Management and Investment Control (CMIC) is responsible for day‑to‑day service delivery within the CMIC team. This includes management and oversight of the daily operations within the team, managing staff performance and development, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation through effective control processes and providing ongoing support to divisional and corporate initiatives.Key AccountabilitiesCoaching, Development & Performance ManagementFoster an environment that promotes feedback while managing day‑to‑day operations of the Cash Management and Investment Control (CMIC) teamOversite Of Daily ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight and support with day‑to‑day responsibilities that meet all service levelsProvide monitoring, oversight and support for all bank reconciliation and residual processing, including internal money movements and tax remittances.Support the team through variance resolution including working with teams across Client Services to identify root cause.Provide support and oversight for the daily net cash processes, including ensuring reporting is completed accurately and on time for downstream partners.Ensure all related Fidelity Fund money movements are reported and completed accurately between FIC and the third‑party custodian.Effectively resolve issues through analysis and monitoringEnsure policies and procedures are effectively administered within the department and controls are in placePeople ManagementEngage employees in establishing clear and measurable goals that achieve business resultsSupport employee growth and development within the teamManage the day‑to‑day activities of the CMIC teamOversee and administer all aspects of workforce planning and management and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)Risk ManagementEnsure policies and procedures are effectively administered within the team and appropriate controls in place to prevent exposure to business riskSupport Projects, Initiatives, and Enhancement OpportunitiesContribute, participate,
