ATCO Frontec is seeking a casual, on‑call General Labourer to join our Facility Solutions team in Lethbridge, AB. The position requires frequent travel between Lethbridge and Medicine Hat and involves assisting trades personnel with preventative maintenance, inspection, and general support tasks to ensure safe and effective operations across sites.

Responsibilities

- Provide input into the preventive maintenance plan.
- Assist with various project tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywalling, warehouse support, and related tasks.
- Assist the tradespersons with inspections and general maintenance tasks.
- Complete regular maintenance checks on equipment.
- Propose alternative solutions to mitigate delays.
- Organize supplies and handle pick‑up and drop‑off logistics.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum of one year experience in general trades; experience in electrical construction or maintenance is a strong asset.
- Power Engineering Certificate is a strong asset.




- Class 5 licence and clean driver’s abstract required.
- Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test, Fit‑to‑Work Test, and an extensive background check.
- Must be able to obtain Government Security Clearance.
- Good mechanical skills and understanding of building components and equipment.
- Good communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.

Final candidates will be required to undergo a Government Security Clearance Check.
