Job Duties

- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and productive service.
- Plan and oversee the type of services offered and establish standard operating procedures.
- Hire, train and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
- Create work schedules and monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency.
- Manage inventory, track sales, and adjust prices or procedures as needed.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Coordinate with suppliers to arrange food and other necessary supplies.
- Provide customer service.

Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Transportation: Public transportation is available.
