This full-time, permanent position reports to the VP of Commercial Claims and requires a minimum of five years of experience with bodily injury claims. You will conduct investigations, manage litigation files, and establish solid relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders, ensuring claims are handled fairly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and analyze commercial liability and bodily injury claims
• Manage financial reserves and identify recovery opportunities




• Direct external legal experts for claim resolutions
• Deliver high-tier service to clients and brokers
• Prepare detailed reports on large-loss claims
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years managing bodily injury claims
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• CIP designation preferred or actively pursuing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with trucking and auto liability exposures
