Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monitoring of SaaS application performance
• Coordinate with teams for installation and upgrades of ITMS




• Develop and implement operational activity documentation
• Analyze performance data and report anomalies
• Provide coaching to other team members
Requirements:
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
• Minimum three years in a technical analyst role
• Experience with incident management and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of MS.NET, Microsoft Server, and XML/HTTPS
• Programming skills are an asset
