Roche Finance Center of Excellence is seeking a RDT Finance Insights & Data Analyst located in Mississauga.

Key Responsibilities

- Support monthly actual reporting events, including variance analysis.
- Drive annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes while ensuring compliance of RDT financials with overall Group Finance processes.
- Analyze and produce reports to facilitate in‑depth reviews and deep dives on financial and business performance.
- Maintain high‑quality master data for RDT to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistent financial planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with RDT teams, FEPs, and senior leaders to gather, consolidate, and analyze financial data, providing clear and actionable insights aligned with strategic objectives and financial goals.
- Prepare financial materials for leadership meetings and conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and scenario planning to support new business initiatives and key decisions.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, leveraging digital and AI technologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting activities.
- Support the lifecycle management of the team’s digital solutions, representing requirements and assisting with key design decisions throughout development.
- Enable implementation of organizational changes, provide financial advisory for business and finance transformations, and support new sales and cost reporting models.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to keep financial planning processes relevant and effective.




- Collaborate with colleagues in the GFF Network on key initiatives in a high‑performance work environment.

Qualifications

- University degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in financial and trend analysis, financial modelling and management reporting.
- Digital savviness; experience working with a Diagnostics Information System (DIS) is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to synthesize key messages clearly and concisely for senior management.
- Resilience and adaptability to a fast‑changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and influencing skills; ability to build trusting, productive relationships.
- Ability to understand business context and apply judgment toward prioritisation and decision‑making.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity, with a proven track record of generating ideas and seeing them through to action.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to story‑tell financial information.
- Preferred: MBA and/or a skilled accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA).

Salary

The expected salary range for this position in Mississauga is $115,328 to $151,368, based on experience and qualifications.
