In this role, you'll use over 10 years of experience to guide architectural choices and develop prototypes. As a technical architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the Workbench platform while focusing on distributed systems and ownership-driven work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end technical design of the Workbench platform
• Make foundational architecture and technology decisions
• Build core services and APIs for the platform
• Establish CI/CD and engineering practices for the team
• Collaborate with domain experts on warehouse design knowledge
Requirements:
• 10+ years building cloud-native backend systems
• Proven 0-to-1 product delivery experience
• Expertise in Python/FastAPI and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of system design principles
• Comfort in early-stage, low-process environments
