Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud). The ideal candidate will have senior years of Salesforce experience, with robust exposure to solution architecture, LWC, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.

The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce Technical Architect are responsible for overseeing and guiding the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation, work closely with the business team and stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for the organization’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions
- Own end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle including pricing, quoting, contracts, and billing
- Translate business requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions
- Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions
- Maintain and update CPQ applications to ensure optimal performance
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product rules, price rules, quote templates, and contract generation
- Design integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce CPQ
- Hands on knowledge of 3rd party applications that integrate with CPQ such as DocuSign and S-Docs.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to CPQ
- Configure and customize CPQ features including:
- Product configuration
- Quote templates and approvals
- Develop custom functionality using:
- Apex (Triggers, Classes)




- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work on end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle , including contract and billing processes
- Hands‑on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and capabilities.
- Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools: Apex, Integration and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration tools: Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Experience in data modeling and enterprise solution design
- Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
- Salesforce Certified Developer I/II
- Salesforce Administrator and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud
- Leads 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Revenue/CPQ implementation experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (PI Planning and other Scrum Ceremonies).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools
