Key Responsibilities:
• Define visual direction with the Head of Effects Animation
• Solve emerging technical issues seamlessly
• Maintain consistent final quality across all FX work
• Oversee regular feedback loops with team members
• Create documentation and maintain FX training materials
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in FX leadership roles for feature films
• Mastery of Houdini and Nuke
• Comprehensive knowledge of FX workflows
• Proven experience in team development and mentoring
• Excellent communication and adaptability skills
