This position, reporting to the Shop Supervisor, includes responsibilities for unloading and inspecting materials, preparing shipments, and ensuring inventory accuracy. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe workspace while operating equipment as necessary. Strong organizational skills combined with a detail-oriented approach are vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload, sort, and inspect incoming materials efficiently
• Prepare outgoing materials for shipment with correct documentation
• Maintain meticulous inventory and paperwork flow




• Ensure workspace organization and equipment upkeep
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes for task completion
Requirements:
• Required: High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of shipping/receiving experience advantageous
• Inventory management skills and SAP familiarity preferred
• Mechanically inclined and experience with equipment operation perks
• Valid driver’s license with a commitment to safety practices
