Finance Business Partner - FP&A; (Insurance)

Position: Corporate FP&A; Consultant / Finance Business Partner (Insurance)

Location: Toronto, ON / Guelph, ON / Burlington, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 18+ Month Contract / Permanent

Language: English required; French an asset

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, forecasts, and performance reporting.
- Identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and trends impacting business results.
- Develop financial models and frameworks to support decision‑making and project evaluation.




- Present analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support enterprise‑wide initiatives, including project evaluations within the ETO and EPMO.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- CPA, CFA, or CBV designation preferred.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to influence change and improve processes.
