Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on contracts and construction law
• Analyze and summarize business transactions
• Manage performance of RFQ/RFP responses and disclosures
• Partner with the Corporate Secretary for bidding resolutions
• Lead training on legal ethics and compliance topics
Requirements:
• JD or LLB from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 5 years’ construction law experience
• Independent judgment and prioritization skills
• Proven verbal and written communication abilities
• Adaptability to diverse working environments
