Title : Counter Sales Associate Provide top quality service to our customers Handle customer calls and inquiries Quote prices to customers Process customer orders over the counter and telephone Maintenance of the showroom, including stocking shelves Merchandise and inventory maintenance Warehouse support, including shipping and receiving At least 2 to 3 years of technical experience or sales experience in the HVAC/R industry Front counter or inside sales experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and customer service oriented Computer literacy Preference will be given to those who have previous HVAC/R wholesale experience and/or who have graduated from a HVAC/R technical program
