Role and responsibilities:

The role will report to the Group FD and will have the following responsibilities

- Lead the financial operations for the Toronto office, ensuring robust month-end processes and financial reporting.
- Oversee procurement, contract management, and operational efficiencies beyond traditional financial roles.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager in the Toronto office to drive strategic initiatives.
- Support and guide a team of 8-9 in the Toronto office, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Carrying out analysis of costs and understanding any deviations from budget.
- Dealing directly and indirectly with customers and senior company management.
- Completing a variety of financial analysis & modelling as required.
- Play a critical role in the company’s growth trajectory, including future opportunities in markets like the US, Sydney, and Asia.
