Clinical Respiratory Consultant (Open)

Responsibilities

- Provide respiratory services with a focus on oxygen therapy, clinical and ventilatory support to clients while collaborating with referring physicians.
- Conduct a full respiratory assessment, perform diagnostics as applicable, evaluate test results, deliver equipment and supplies as required, and develop respiratory therapy treatment plans in consultation with the client, physicians, and care teams.
- Provide appropriate follow‑up to clients to evaluate the effects of the treatment plan, assess client comfort when using treatment, and address compliance with therapy.
- Assess clients’ home environment for safety, identify and address areas of concern,



and perform equipment quality‑control checks on a recurring basis.
- Contribute to the growth of Air Liquide Healthcare by liaising with healthcare professionals, providing information and demonstration of products and services to prospective clients.
- Maintain continuing education and knowledge of clinical best practices.
- When required, participate in sleep duties including initiating PAP therapy when prescribed.

Qualifications

- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.
- Licensed to practice with the provincial governing body (CARTA).
- Strong cardio‑respiratory assessment skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clear vulnerable persons check.
- Previous experience in healthcare field is an asset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft, Google applications, and Android.
