In this pivotal role, you will support Senior Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers by managing a portfolio and identifying revenue opportunities. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to understand credit risk and structure complex deals for clients in the Diversified and Real Estate sectors. Reporting to the Diversified Director, you will work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain exceptional portfolio health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recommend sound credit for high-value clients over $10 million
• Collaborate with Sales for new credit requests
• Perform thorough financial analyses and underwriting
• Ensure loan quality meets ATB standards
• Mentor and support the Underwriting team
Requirements:
• More than 5 years of underwriting experience
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Advanced analytical capability in financial analysis
• Proficient problem-solving skills with innovative thinking
