As a Subject Matter Expert, you will influence major project decisions, ensuring engineering excellence in rotating machines and electrical systems across complex energy projects. Your role will be pivotal in mentoring young engineers and enhancing technical capabilities throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee technical compliance for rotating machines
• Establish engineering standards for power systems
• Guide project teams through complex engineering challenges
• Provide assessments and strategic advice for clients
• Promote knowledge sharing within the power team
Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering degree; master’s preferred
• At least 20 years of related experience
• P.Eng. registration required in Canada
• In-depth knowledge of power generation technologies
• Solid communication skills for client interaction
