GWLRA is seeking a motivated Asset Management Analyst to enhance our portfolio management efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams on annual budgets and appraisals, while conducting cash flow and valuation models. Key Responsibilities:
• Support preparation of annual budgets and business plans
• Liaise with appraisers and review draft appraisals
• Present financial reports to senior management
• Build cash flow and valuation models using DCF and NPV analysis
• Prepare research papers on market trends and performance
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in commercial or residential asset management
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
• Experience with Argus Enterprise considered an asset
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
