Development Manager – Full Stack

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: two days in‑office.

Responsibilities

- Provide constructive feedback and influence the performance and career development of high‑performing engineers.
- Take full ownership of the full stack of our products and collaborate with peers on cross‑team initiatives.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to understand business goals and translate them into strategic technical plans.
- Decide with senior management in developing long‑term technology road maps and executing existing initiatives.
- Lead multiple projects, including planning, prioritization, and task delegation.
- Enforce accountability for the quality of crafted software.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership in hiring, mentoring and developing engineering talent, including performance management.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, API/webservices,



and relevant frameworks such as React, Node, GraphQL.
- Creative problem‑solver able to deliver in a fast‑paced workplace.
- Experience driving development of high‑scale systems and integrations.

- Integrity and ethics are essential.

Salary

$130,000–$155,000 CAD per year (competitive base salary plus potential bonus and equity).
