Field Health Case Manager – Patient Programs

Company: Sentrex Health Solutions , a fully integrated specialty distributor and patient support provider located in Québec. This full‑time position is remote/hybrid with flexibility to travel within the Québec region.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient support program (PSP) services for patients prescribed medications, including enrollment, coverage through private and provincial drug plans, and timely access to treatments.
- Provide training to clinics and physicians on PSP services, review patient status, and facilitate enrollment.
- Utilize PSP‑related applications to complete reports, enrollment forms, reimbursement forms, and other program functions.
- Schedule and manage weekly clinic visits (or as appropriate) and support PSP dose reconciliation.
- Proactively assess PSP services and recommend improvements to enhance outcomes and quality.
- Maintain accurate data entry of sensitive patient information, report adverse events per SOP, and follow company code of conduct and regulations.
- Act as liaison between field staff, program managers, client personnel, and the Key Account Specialist to deliver optimal PSP service resolutions.
- Complete relevant reports such as timesheets, expenses, mileage, and CRM data validation.
- Additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

- Post‑secondary degree required.
- Fluency in English and French.




- 3–5 years of experience in reimbursement and/or patient support programs.
- Experience with reimbursement billing, special access, appeals, and field‑based reimbursement support is an asset.
- Knowledge of private and public reimbursement structures and processes is an asset.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical distribution industry is an asset.
- Skilled demeanor with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including interpretation of regulation and legislation.
- Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Typing speed and proficiency in various computer‑based systems.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
- Dedicated quiet workspace for remote work.
