Shift Manager – Quick Food Restaurant (NOC 62020) Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. Hire food service staff. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Qualifications Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Languages: English. Remuneration & Working Hours Wage: $18.60 per hour. Hours: 30-35 hours per week. Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time.
