Candidates must exhibit exceptional organizational skills and have over 10 years of underground mining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver hands-on training for underground employees
• Maintain and update training records and SOPs




• Coordinate training activities across departments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives safely
• Provide backup for UG Supervisor as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of underground mining experience
• Accredited Train the Trainer certification
• Familiarity with OHS legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills for diverse groups
