This critical role reports to the Senior Director of People Success, focusing on shaping and leading initiatives for organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with senior leaders to facilitate smooth organizational transitions and advocate for a culture of high performance and accountability. Your analytical skills will help inform and drive actionable insights from complex data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable organizational structures
• Lead comprehensive org design initiatives from start to finish
• Drive performance calibration fairness across R&D; teams




• Institute a culture of expectation and feedback
• Analyze data to mitigate org health risks proactively
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in HR Business Partner roles
• Extensive experience in organizational design leadership
• Trusted advisor experience for C-level executives
• Proficient in utilizing data and AI analytics
• Ability to build trust across technical teams rapidly
