Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance activities for Caterpillar truck fleet
• Mentor Heavy Equipment Technicians and apprentices

• Coordinate maintenance to enhance equipment reliability
• Ensure compliance with OEM specifications and site procedures
Requirements:
• Ontario Provincial or Interprovincial Heavy Equipment Technician certification
• 10+ years of experience in open pit mining
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Extensive knowledge of Caterpillar haul trucks
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems like SAP or JDE
