Job Description

Yale Medical Centre is a newly renovated clinic located on Granville in a street‑level unit. The clinic is seeking multiple full‑time family physicians. Patient care and charting are entirely at the physician’s discretion with ample space for full‑time or part‑time practice. Part‑time physicians are considered, but they are expected to transition to full‑time eventually. The clinic typically serves approximately 30 patients per day per physician. Remuneration is negotiable and may include PCN NTP, LFP, or FFS arrangements.

The centre is a hybrid walk‑in/family practice with 10 exam rooms, one large room equipped with four work stations, a private office, and a physician lounge.



Current staff includes one part‑time family physician with plans to grow to 6–7 physicians and nurse practitioners. Three to four experienced Medical Office Assistants support each shift, and a multicultural team enhances patient care across languages. Operations are supported by integrated health services and an experienced management team. The patient demographic spans a full spectrum, including complex care patients, within a cooperative and friendly environment.

Clinic Hours

- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start or finish times available)

On-Call Requirements

On rotation.
