In this pioneering role, you will be our first dedicated hire in data science, working directly with our Technical CEO and Founding Engineer. You'll lead insightful data studies, develop predictive models, and tell compelling stories that drive client engagement. Your contributions will directly influence our clients' results and our product effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and conduct data studies to win enterprise clients
• Develop propensity, segmentation, and content-matching models
• Collaborate on data journalism for impactful client presentations




• Validate predictive models for real-world application
• Streamline feature engineering in our internal product
Requirements:
• 5+ years of applied data science or ML experience
• Strong skills in causal inference and experimental design
• Proven ability to communicate technical findings persuasively
• Experience in ambiguous and quick-paced environments
• Ability to independently steer projects and make judgment calls
