Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure public company compliance with SEC reporting
• Advise on equity and debt transactions
• Negotiate facility agreements for financing projects
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
• Provide legal advice on cross-border transactions
Requirements:
• Law degree from an accredited law school
• 8+ years of legal experience, ideally in-house
• Robust capital markets and compliance knowledge
• Admission to Singapore Bar or equivalent
