Key Responsibilities:
• Create workflows that meet visual goals for animation
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and enhance production efficiencies
• Test new tools and validate engineering changes




• Manage and prioritize technical development initiatives
• Guide and coach Technical Directors for skill advancement
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of pipeline TD experience in animation
• Proficient in Python; knowledge of C++ is advantageous
• Comprehensive understanding of DCCs and production systems
• Familiarity with git, Agile, and issue tracking methods
• Degree in relevant fields or equivalent industry experience
