As Total Rewards Manager, you will report to the Director of Total Rewards & HR Technology, managing a dedicated team. Your main responsibilities include designing compensation frameworks, overseeing benefit programs, and ensuring compliance with pension regulations. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on pay equity and compensation matters.

• Develop and execute the Total Rewards Strategy
• Manage compensation structures and incentive programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
• 5+ years in Total Rewards leadership role
• CCP or CEBS certification preferred
