Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement risk management policies and procedures
• Oversee third-party risk assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Conduct risk trend analysis and escalate relevant issues




• Create detailed risk reports for senior leadership
• Enhance risk culture through collaboration and training initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years in operational risk management or related discipline
• Degree in business, finance, or risk management
• Familiarity with OSFI and BCFSA oversight
• Hands-on experience in risk assessment and scenario analysis
