You will deliver key insights from audits, advising executive leadership on effective risk management practices and enterprise-wide challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish AI governance frameworks and audit methodologies
• Analyze and report on AI-related risks and controls
• Engage with regulators and lead compliance initiatives




• Oversee enterprise-level audits and report on key findings
• Support team development aligned with BMO values
Requirements:
• At least 9 years of relevant audit or risk management experience
• Preferably CIA, CISA, or CPA certified
• In-depth knowledge of AI governance and risk management
• Robust communication and analytical skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams
