As an Advisor, you will manage ITB and VP strategies for shipbuilding projects, guiding suppliers and negotiating contracts. Your role is critical in developing meaningful strategies that align with Canada’s goals in the maritime sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the ITB and VP policy expert for major shipbuilding
• Create strategic ITB management plans for project bids
• Guide suppliers to ensure ITB policy compliance
• Assist in supplier contract negotiations on ITB metrics
• Prepare and present reports to ISED and senior management
Requirements:
• Minimum five years’ experience in ITB or related field
• Full bilingual in both English and French
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven autonomy in managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of the maritime or defense sector is a plus
