Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, rapid‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

- You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
- Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Requirements

- Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by provincial regulations for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
- Prior to first day of employment, a valid, full,



unrestricted driver's license is required
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- A high school diploma, GED or military service
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self‑motivation and a drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals
- Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit
