Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide essential expertise and support to leadership and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee and labor relations matters
• Manage recruitment, benefits, and return-to-work processes
• Develop workplace policies and HR strategies




• Ensure fairness in job descriptions and selection processes
• Provide guidance to leadership on labor relations
Requirements:
• University degree or HR certification
• 5 years of HR experience in a unionized context
• Knowledge of BC Human Rights Code and relevant laws
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
