Lead Workday HRIS Specialist - People Analytics Resource

Location: Remote (EST)

Job Type: 6+ months contract

Note: Must have experience in team handling.

Summary:

The HRIS & People Analytics Resource will ensure the continued efficiency and effectiveness of our Workday system and people processes . The role involves supporting the HR team by maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and providing full-cycle administrative support for system activities. This position ensures data integrity across systems, optimizes HR workflows, and helps deliver a seamless candidate and employee experience. The goal is to evaluate and enhance Workday functionality by supporting, training, and educating users while maintaining data integrity. This role will ensure Workday continues to support our evolving business needs while maintaining compliance and security standards.

Basic Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or a combination of education and related experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS and HR Analytics
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday reporting)
- Experience in Recruitment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy




- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- 5+ years’ experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time & Absence, and Advantages modules
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, importing/exporting data, pivot tables, and charts
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Effective communication skills with all employees and management levels
- Ownership of tasks and problem-solving initiatives
- Discretion in handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting HRIS functions in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with HR regulations (e.g., EEO, OFCCP)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- SHRM CP or PHR certification
- Workday Certifications
