The role
The Office Administrator is central to keeping day-to-dayoperations running smoothly across our sites. You'll bring strongorganizational instincts, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle competingpriorities without missing a beat.
You'll wear two hats: leading purchasing and corporateadministrative functions and managing the administrative team that supports ourlocations. Above all, you'll be a steady, consistent presence — someone whobuilds trust with managers and keeps processes running the same way, everytime, at every site.
What you will do
- Lead purchasing across theorganization — sourcing, ordering, and tracking to keep operationswell-supplied and compliant
- Own the invoice-to-paymentcycle:
process invoices, match purchase orders, and manage supplierdocumentation
- Partner with the Controller oncorporate reporting, audits, and administrative projects
- Manage vendor relationships andkeep office equipment and supplies stocked and functioning
- Roll out internalcommunications and help implement new policies and administrative initiatives
- Look for smarter, faster waysto run recurring administrative processes
- Act as the connective tissuebetween departments — understanding what each team needs and making sureadministrative support keeps pace
- Standardize how reception andadministrative work gets done across every site
- Hire, train, and superviseadministrative and front-of-house staff, and build their schedules
- Coach and mentor the team,giving regular feedback that helps people grow
- Make sure every location iscovered during vacations, absences, and busy stretches
- Set the tone for excellentservice — internally and externally — and step in personally when issues need acalm, professional resolution
What we are looking for
- A post-secondary credential inbusiness, office administration, accounting, or a related field (preferred, notrequired)
- 3 to 5 years in anadministrative role, ideally somewhere with multiple locations or a fast-pacedoperational environment
- Experience supervising orleading a team – this is a must
- Solid grasp of officeadministration fundamentals and how a multi-site operation runs
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Familiarity with businessmanagement or ERP-type systems is a plus
- Strong communicator, sharp withpriorities, and genuinely good with people
- Someone who can holdconfidences, and operate with discretion
What we offer
- $60,000 to $70,000 per year,based on experience
