- 10–12 years of hands‑on Core Java development experience.
- 5–10 years of experience with Spring Framework/Spring Boot.
- Strong expertise in multi‑threading, low‑latency application development, and high‑performance systems.
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, OOP, System Design, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Strong experience with SQL/Relational Databases, Caching Solutions, and MemSQL/SingleStore.
- Experience with real‑time messaging technologies such as Solace or JMS.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Linux, and Shell Scripting.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced global workplace.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Capital Markets, preferably Debt Capital Markets (DCM).
- Understanding of financial products and operations.
- Exposure to GenAI tools and technologies is a plus.
