This position, in collaboration with a premier AI lab, involves assessing the accuracy of AI outputs in realistic workplace legal scenarios. We are searching for candidates with a strong background in employment law who can ensure that AI reasoning aligns with established legal practices. The versatile schedule allows you to contribute 6-15 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate two AI responses for correctness
• Provide written feedback to improve AI model accuracy
• Attend onboarding and calibration sessions as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in employment/labor law
• J.D. or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited school
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• Proven skills in legal research and writing
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
